Voice Lesson Rates

SPECIAL SUMMER RATE!

From May through August all new students pay only $70/hour! 

Michael accepts students from teenager through adult for voice lessons (boys' voices must have changed before first lesson). Lessons are one hour long, once per week.  The regular hourly rate is:

$80/hour

The lesson fee for the first 4 lessons is payable at the time of the first full lesson (i.e., $320) and every 4 weeks thereafter. If you wish to purchase a larger number of lessons at a time, there is a quantity discount:

8 lessons X $75 per lesson = $600

12 lessons X $70 per lesson = $840

Note: The initial voice lesson meeting is complimentary and is considered a time for both Michael and the student to get to know each other and to decide whether they are a good "match" (remember that the voice teacher/student relationship is very personal and therefore a match in personality is highly important).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of scheduled appointments must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Sessions not cancelled with 24 hours notice must still be paid in full. Illness is not an exception.

Repertoire Coaching

For those looking to coach interpretation of new repertoire (or to prepare for a role or an audition) and who would like to meet for one (or only a few) sessions, longer sessions can be arranged at the following rate:

1 hour -- $80

1 1/2 hours -- $110

2 hours -- $130
